Smaller acquisitions complement the product portfolio

Two smaller acquisitions are made towards the ending of the worldwide economic crisis: R. STAHL expands its market leadership in explosion-protected displays by acquiring the Screen-Tec GmbH in Cologne.

Clifford & Snell add further signaling equipment to the Group. Together with the British company, the explosion protection experts move up to the number 2 slot in the field of signaling equipment.
